Filey Railway station is very conveniently located both near the bus station and the Tesco supermarket, with stop-offs to both Scarborough and York, it is well placed to connect all over the UK and further afield.

There is a taxi-office on site, and through a small rear door you can also enter the wonderful Pitstop cafe, serving breakfast and sandwiches that will put hairs on your chest.
