The annual Filey Model Railway show is set to steam into town on Saturday 16th July from 10.30am to 4pm. The events is being held at St John’s Church on West Avenue. Entry is by donation for adults, with under 14’s gaining free admission. There will be several working layouts, stalls, a model shop and refreshments.

In this increasingly troubled world, an afternoon of escape among the glorious little worlds that are model railway layouts might just be tonic we all need.
