• Parsnip and Bramley Apple Soup with toasted hazelnuts
• Gin Cured Salmon and Radish Cream with watercress salad and crispy capers
• Duck and Orange Spring Roll with chilli jam, lambs lettuce and hoisin dressing
• Beetroot Carpaccio and Yorkshire Fettle Cheese with a rocket salad and walnut dressing

MAINS

• Roast Turkey Breast with pigs in blankets, chestnut & apricot stuffing, roast potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, Yorkshire pudding and turkey gravy
• Ale Braised Brisket with sprout and bacon bubble & squeak and butter braised cardamom carrots
• Baked Hake topped with a lemon dill crust, warm tartar sauce, potato croquette and pea puree
