Tickets on sale for Filey Literature Festival
Tickets for the headlining acts of Filey Literature Festival have gone on sale. The festival is taking place over the bank holiday weekend of Friday 22 to Sunday 24 May, 2020. The opening act is the ‘Bard of Barnsley’ Ian McMillan. On Saturday 23 May the popular crime writer Frances Brody is in town talking abut her detective heroine Kate Shackleton. The Saturday evening headliner is the Edinburgh Festival hit play ‘Hannah Hauxwell, no through road’. Closing the festival is the ‘Yorkshire Shepherdess’ Amanda Owen, star of the television series The Dales.
